Russ was awesome and so pleasant to work with. I didn't really understand Radon at the time so he took his time to explain it in detail. I highly recommend his services for radon testing!

Russ and Tracy were extremely professional, thorough and quick. They responded to my inquiry nearly immediately, they were able to schedule us right away, and they showed up early to the appointment. They were very knowledgeable and were able to advise us which items were important, needing to be dealt with quickly, and which were able to be put off for a bit. They were able to tell us what was and was not worth throwing the contract on the house. I would hire them again in an instant and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Russ and his wife was very knowledgeable and very professional. Very detail and showed us any problems or ways in winch it could be corrected. They were on time and did the inspection as if the home was for themselves. Russ and his wife explained everything where we were able to understand it. Without a doubt I will call Down Home to do my next inspection, will recommend to any one seeking a company to perform an inspection of their home. I told my realtor that they should add Down Home Inspections to the list of inspectors. The fee was very fair because they spent over 3 hrs inspecting and reviewing the findings. Then I was able to see the photos that they took of the inspection. Outstanding Job they deserve more the 5 stars
