The experience has been less than optimal. The owner, Michael, showed 2 hours late to the appointment after confirming the appointment the night before. He did not call to notify of the lateness and responded via a text an hour and 30 minutes after the agreed time. Once he arrived, he completed the job and I paid the amount agreed upon. I asked for an invoice for my records and to properly register the equipment with the manufacturer and was promised I would get it via email. After two months, I still have not received the invoice after making several requests via phone calls, text messages, and email. Michael responds and says that he will email it, but the email never arrives. I have confirmed my email address multiple times as well.

He was able to help us understand what was going on.

The electrician-Michael-was very reliable and friendly. He was responsive to our concerns regarding the stove/range outage and the garbage disposal electrical switch outage. He came the same day we called, which was on a Friday, and he fixed everything before the weekend. That was impressive. One thing I would advise is that the company should provide a written estimate for cost of services prior to the job, so that the customer can make a decision as to whether or not it is affordable. Also, they should provide a written receipt post-service with a breakdown of all services rendered. Although it was accommodating for him to do everything all on the same day, not everyone can afford higher-cost services especially in this inflated economy. So, do better when it comes to pricing, but everything else was awesome!

Michael had availability the day after I called him. He was prompt and professional. While others were trying to charge me a trip fee, Michael offered to do a free estimate. In 20 minutes he solved the problem and told me there was no charge!! I am so appreciative of this man and his honesty i would recommend him to anyone who needs work! I will be calling on him again!

Michael is a very considerate man. He arrived on time, was very efficient in his approach to the job, and he executed the deed with the greatest of ease. He installed an outdoor GFCI outlet for the Sunsetter awning we're having installed next week. A very skilled electrician at an affordable rate. We highly recommend him.

changed 4 wall plugs and 8 inch section of frayed wire in kitchen and light fixture as preventative maintenance, all were operational prior to start of work. $350 per item. total time involved 1 hr 40 min. bill prep 15 min. reported to contractor as possible elder abuse, I am 91. will not use again. cant give a zero for rating

Mike has completed several jobs from hanging new pendant lights, installing new ceiling fans, new electrical outlets inside and out. Fast and efficient and reasonably priced.

Dittos to all the previous 5 star ratings. And despite me screwing up with the special T-8 LED bulbs. You know the old joke of how many people does it take to screw in a light bulb? Answer; one qualified electrician and one home owner told to stand in the corner and stop helping! Just kidding. It's a good thing that Michael didn't require me to pass an I.Q. test before accepting the job. He followed me up a remote road with no street signs to my home, rewired the fixture to accommodate the LED lights, then returned 2 days later when I couldn't screw in the lights correctly. We had a good laugh regarding my incompetence all in time for the 4th of July celebration. I have more projects to complete over the summer but this time I just need to write down what needs to be repaired, call Michael then sit down on the couch with a cold beer and stay away from the fixtures. Michael was at my house the day after(which was a Saturday) i called him and knew what i needed in the first 5 minutes of being at my house. He came back on Monday and was completed in 3 to 4 hours.
