Down South Lawn Service

BEST service I have had since I moved into this house over 20 years ago. Alway start with a service they are good at the onset. but once they know we are easy going the service becomes less and less, until we have to fire them because they have not been here for 5 weeks, 7 weeks!!!!! So far, they could not have been any more dependable and could not have done a better job. They will be back this weekend to finish and cut the grass.

Jay Knight is very friendly and courteous. He and his workers showed up ahead of schedule and got right to work. They were finished in a little more than than an hour.

Excellent job , very professional, he explained to me what he was going to do, he was very neat , very professional when he came to my home, cleaned up everything well and did it in a timely manner.

Very nice on the phone. Showed up when they said they would. Lawn looks great!!

My back yard has a mound going to the fence . Your grass cutting machine can not cut that part Thanks Sal Serio

Very responsive and they exceeded what I expected. When I ask them to do something that normally is not done no question ask they will do it!!

Deep South Lawn Service cuts my grass on a regular basis. They are reliable and do a great job! They email a bill that is paid via paypal. It couldn't be easier! A neighbor asked for the name of my lawn service because my lawn always looked so great. I was happy to give them Deep South's contact info!

My front and back yards were taken care of wonderfully. They always do an excellent job whenever I need them.

Never again! Negligent and irresponsible service. Mowers broke rain gauge, attachment to central air conditioner unit and cracked flower pot. Riding mower left ruts in yard. Lawn looked like it needed to be cut again after three days. Mowers were initially scheduled to return two weeks later, but thankfully never showed up. Request for further lawn services through month of October were cancelled.

The entire experience was professional from start to finish. I needed my overgrown lawn cut, tree trimmed, and a lot of clean-up, but I also needed people who are reliable. The service called to tell me when they would arrive and they showed up around that time and started working immediately. My yard looks fantastic!! It looks so good that I've decided to get on a service plan for the year. It is so worth it! This company is professional, reliable, and affordable. I'm so glad I chose them.

Called them and they scheduled me for the next day. They showed up early the next morning and did a fantastic job.Customer friendly and corrected many problem areas left by my old lawn care company. The yard never looked this good and the choice to hire them was one of the best I have made. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking a lawn care company. Totally pleased with the results of their work.

Great work, great prices! We got put off because of a week of rain, but as soon as it was sunny, Mike got his team over here. My yard looks so much better!! They did everything from cleaning out and mulching a weedy flower bed, mowing very high grass, trimming tree branches, cut cat's claw off my fence. And they hauled it all away. Very pleased.

Mike was the first lawn consultant to contact me after I posted my needs request. He called within 2 hours of my post, he arrived to give me the quote 45 minutes after and within 2 hours, he sent a team of 2 guys to complete the work. They asked me to move my car to protect it from potential debris and flying rocks. They worked non-stop for an hour or so, cutting trees, shaping bushes, mowing and edging. Once complete, they took all of the garbage with them and didn't leave it in my trashcan (great job guys). I am so grateful because not only did they do a fabulous job, they blew the leaves off of my porch, excess grass from my walkway and driveway. Oh! I almost forgot, they actually racked all of the dead leaves that were embedded in the grass for months. I highly recommend Mike of Down South Lawn Service, LLC and his team.

This is a preliminary review based on the quick callback, and friendly, professional manner. The first mow/edge/blow service is tomorrow (5/19/17) and I will update my review or add a new one based on that experience. FYI, this is a new home and I plan to use this service year-round if I like them. We'll see if they are as good and reliable as the service I used for my current/previous home.
