Completed the work

Torn the insulation down to do the work then left it lay on the ground and didn't put it back. Took the emergency shut offs out of the wall access and didn't put them back. Men that did the work were very pleasant but dont believe I would use them again.

I was wanting an outdoor faucet replaced as it leaks when used. They thought they could get access by cutting a hole inside my garage wall which I was okay with, but they were wrong the pipes were not there. They charged me $75 for this and gave me a quote to set up another time to fix the faucet which is way more than not using that faucet is worth to me.

Changed appointment several times. Changed outside faucet, but was very expensive for what they did. Took our bathroom faucet apart, said they had to order a part and have never come back or called! Now I have a faucet that is workable but not attached to the wall.

I was pleased my project could be completed the same day as request (cap off softener pipes in the garage). There was some question is this was possible and when which I needed to follow-up on. Techs arrived quickly and completed the project promptly, leaving the area neat and clean. Based on the seemingly simple and brief work, even after applying the HomeAdvisor offer, I was shocked at the high cost. I ended up using them a 2nd time to replace a water heater (during COVID). They worked with me to select a lower-cost water heater, which they picked up from the retailer instead of being forced to buy their more expensive unit. Installers wore masks as requested and did not enter the home. They have since joined a large plumbing **group** (ZPlumblers), but still gave me a local business card for the future. Will definitely use them again!

Water heater works well. just not pleased with the quality of work. Left old vent hanging though celling.power cord poorly routed.

Joe and Terry have been out twice now, we have used them to install our new kitchen appliances (Dishwasher, Range and Fridge), then a few weeks later to install a new water softener and hot water heater.
