"Hey Greg, I'm sorry you feel as you do about the job preformed. A few things I'd like to state for others that may see this. Stump grinding bids are always bid as grind and mound, which is stated on the estimate you received. Hauling out stump grindings is a service we offer, but charge for. As per the ruts when I bid the job I specifically specified that we would need to utilize our bucket truck on this removal. You stated you'd like us to access the tree from the road way along the park to keep ruts to the back yard which we did, like you asked of us."
