The estimate was for thousands of dollars less than other Waterproofers. These was one company who was less - he refused to do the job as the basement was small, and the home older so the basement will never be a finished basement. Down Under was easy to arrange financing through Chase - the worker arrived as scheduled. There was a problem with my sewer pipe and the company worked about my need to schedule a plumber and worked about his schedule. Then they returned to set up the washer and dryer after the cement cured. They job was completed as quickly as possible considering my sewer pipe situation.

Walt was a great guy. He came in and worked with us on the windows we wanted replaced. He also gave us good counsel when we were thinking about not doing the bathroom area. When the team finished he made sure they came back to reconnect the washer and dryer for me and stop up an open pipe to prevent water from sneaking in. The job took down our finished basement but there is no more odor when it rains! I check everytime.

I MET WITH AA EVERDRY, AND DOWN UNDER. BOTH WERE GREAT! THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO WALK ME THROUGH EVERYTHING. THE ONLY PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS WITH THE PRICES. I AM STILL GOING TO TALK WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS. THANKS
