I used their cleaning roof service and I'm happy I shopped around since other companies were asking for so much more. They scrubbed my roof and did a quick power wash to the bottoms of my solar panels. They do the soft wash process which is much better for the roof. He guarantees his treatment which I'm happy about so if there are any issues, he'll come out and do what needs to be done. Brent is a nice guy, prompt with response and quick turn around time with a quote and getting the job done. I'll be working with Down and Dirty Cleaning and Property Maintenance in the future for other projects.

Commercial Exterior Surfaces Powerwashing
We had an accident where hydraulic fluid was spilled all over our building, in our gutters, on the roof and in our parking lot. After cleaning it multiple times, the smell was still unbearable. We contracted Down and Dirty and they came out immediately and degreased, deodorized and power washed all areas. The smell is now completely gone. Brent and team were friendly, explained the process thoroughly and "verbally guaranteed" that the smell would be gone. He was absolutely right.
