Tankless Water Heater Installation
Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Down the drain did great work, professional suggestions and solutions to problems as well. They responded to calls and texts quickly, and got out to work on my water heater issue very quickly. I now feel save and comfortable in my home, and we have our hot water back!

Mike the installer caught the fact my water pressure was 100 psi and suggested a control valve, he called Darren the owner and had a valve delivered to my house in no time. Thank you Darren & Mike for the great service and saving me from having to take another day off!

Darren & Mark were wonderful. They were quick, respectful of our house, professional, and had the best price to offer. I called them at 1:15pm on a Friday for a water tank replacement and they had the job DONE by 3:30pm. Literally the best experience from a crappy situation. Thank you Down the Drain Plumbing!

It was a great experience working with them. The only reason it wasn't a 5-star experience across the board was because there was a fee for credit card payment. But overall, they're highly recommended and I'll be using them for any plumbing issues I cant handle myself in the future
