"Down to Earth" was a great company to work with on my landscaping (sod and irrigation) project. They were very flexible working around project changes (including the removal of a tree and fixing irrigation problems caused by a previous landscape contractor). I would enthusiastically recommend Down to Earth and Ben Case on any landscaping project.

Patio - Install
Delighted with their service! We were out of state when the work was done, and they not only had to help us make some design changes over the phone, but they worked around other contractors on site without complaint. Their people worked very late to get it all done in one day. Again, very delighted - we'd be happy to recommend them or use them again ourselves!

Were diligent about getting leaves up. Were late arriving. I am worried that the shrub they pruned was done improperly for the type of plant. And it was more expensive that I expected for just leaf pick up, mowing and one shrub pruned.

Sprinkler - Backflow Valve
Ben responded promptly, pointed out to me that a simple valve was closed-no repair needed-advised me and fixed on the spot, he didn't even charge because the backflow wasn't broken. Others I met with wanted to charge around $300 for new backflow. Honest and knowledgeable, a rare combination these days. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
