We reached out to a few companies to help complete a project part of a home purchase. They worked with us on the bidding process and walked us through the entire job requirements. I must compliment them on their awareness of regulations and adherence to company safety policies. 1. The bid estimator was very aware of the city codes and how to meet those requirements. During the meeting, he walked us through how the repair would meet those standards. 2. On the day of the repair, the electrician walked us through the repair plan. It was refreshing to have the electrician state that repair starts with Ameren and ends when inspector certifies their work. It is a signal that DTTW, even on a small job like ours, adheres to strict safety and compliance policies.
