Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I wish I could give more than five stars to Downunder Roofing! I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey throughout the entire process, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their quote came in at a better price and with a higher-quality shingle than any of the other four companies I spoke with. During installation, the team was professional, respectful of my property, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Downunder Roofing—if you need a new roof, call them!

Repair was quick and done well. Mark was thorough in his assessment of the roof. He noticed the extra layers on the roof that other companies failed to notice. He answered all questions that I had. He explained the type of material he will use when we replace the roof.

Downunder was very responsive and professional throughout the process. Brady took the time to answer questions and followed up appropriately. Most of the roofers I spoke with were only interested in maximizing what they could get from my insurance instead of listening to my needs, this one was great. I highly recommend this firm. The work they performed was precisely as quoted. After the cleanup you couldn't even tell they were there (other than that new roof).

After the last windstorm I had a few shingles blow off. Then after it rained, I had a leak. Contacted Brady at Downunder and he was able to take a look almost immediately. He said the roof could be repaired and did not need to be replaced (like the other guy was trying to get me to do). Brady gave me an extremely low quote and was able to perform the work quickly. Brady even did some corrective work that my last roofer failed to do (i.e. caulk exposed nail heads, seal loose shingles, etc.). After the work was done, I had went up on the roof to install Christmas lights. Looking around, I could see Brady did good work! Will definitely use him again. In talking to Brady, I found out he does other home construction projects. Based on my experience with the roof, I will definitely contact him first for any remodeling job. Thanks Brady!

Not only does Down Under Roofing use quality materials, the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. He is very polite with the customer as well as accommodating to individual requests. He always answers his phone or returns calls promptly. I have contacted him several times with challenges that needed to be addressed right away. He has always responded in a way that is far above average. I have asked for several quotes for roofing bids and his prices are usually lower that anyone else I have ever used in the past.He is a people person and tries very hard to please. I have been in the real estate business for over 40 years and have come in contact with many different types of tradesmen, including other roofers. Down Under Roofing has gained my loyalty so much so that I dont even bother calling other companies that I have previously used because Down Under Roofing has never disappointed me.

Brady Phillips and Downunder are a class act organization. Brady knew that we were under a tight budget and matched the lowest bid I was able to find anywhere else. He also offered to provide better materials than any of the other contractors I could for the price. <br /> His crew dropped shingles on a Thursday, came in on Friday, and worked over the weekend to ensure that our roof was installed as quickly as possible. We couldn't believe how fast the job went. By Monday they were done and they had cleaned up after themselves. <br /> We are building our own house, so dealing with contractors has been a bit of a nightmare, but Brady is a treat to work with and I would highly recommend him for any roofing needs. <br />

Was ok. I had a "deal" voucher that I could not get an appointment before it expired so that was a little frustrating but they were nice and still honored it. He did not stay the full length of time I paid for on the deal but it was cheap so I didn't mind too much.

This was a remodel project I contracted for my dad's house. I got Brady's name from a friend who had been pleased with his work on a bath remodel. Brady was prompt and professional. He did an excellent job of containing dust and debris. He cleaned up the site daily. Surround and shower door look great. I selected a 12" x 24" floor tile and I was impressed with the the finished product. Brady did a good job of tying together new construction with existing construction, and he is a good problem solver. For example, we did not have the wall tile removed on the bathroom walls, which created an issue with placement of a grab bar and placement of a towel rack. Brady was able to pivot the safety grab bar and shorten the towel rack to solve the problems. If I need additional help with a remodel, Brady will be the first person I call. The job was expensive, but worth the price.
