Dr Bob Handyman

Dr. Bob showed up on time. He is affable and a decent person. But, I am disappointed with his work. I was misled on the quote. He gave me an estimate but charged me more than twice as much as the original estimate. He failed to provide me the cost estimate of the additional repair work done - deliberate attempt. He lacks experience and home improvement skills; as a result, he spends too much time on the tasks. I will not hire him again or recommend it.

I love working with Dr. BOB. He is thorough, efficient, and and completes every job with precision. Feel blessed to have found him. He’s a keeper for sure. I have a 1980’s house. He’s has replaced all the outdated wall/switch plates, changed out the ugly fluorescent lighting to new LED and so much more.

Dr. Bob performed our repairs with meticulous attention to detail. Several were tricky and in highly visible places. Highly recommend him for handyman needs.

Dr. Bob was the consumate professional. He did such a good job and didn't over charge. I agree with all the reviews that have been written and certainly would call on him again.

10+ gold stars!! Dr. Bob is an excellent Handyman and a "Jack of All Trades." We are so very grateful that Dr. Bob entered our lives and new home; trusting another contractor as much as we do Bob is simply unimaginable. Bob gives great thought to our ideas and goals and provides helpful suggestions or alternatives. He can do almost anything, and always in top-notch fashion. His creativity amazes us! Examples: (1) As we cannot afford a new fence, he securely fastened a sturdy, plastic netting around the base so that our quadra-pedal inmates cannot dig their way to freedom. (2) Bob properly secured our artwork and mirrors to the walls and---bonus points!---everything is now level and angled correctly. (An immense mirror no longer looms over our guests as the grim reaper of death.) (3) We asked Bob to secure a much-beloved and large heirloom to the wall. He gave great thought to our request and consulted us before he took it five steps further: He created a turntable of sorts not only to secure the antique propeller to the wall, but so that it can be spun as well. (Bob was present when the recipient broke into tears of gratitude and awe.) Bob thoroughly enjoys his work and he deserves the utmost respect and appreciation for his efforts. He is very smart and kind, and he brings laughter, creativity, and balance into our home.

Dr. Bob is fantastic. He will provide a free estimate, detail oriented, patient and a pleasure to work with. He is good for the Honey do list and everyday repairs you are just too tired to do. The best part is he is HONEST. He will tell you whether he can or cannot do the job and make good recommendations.

Dr. Bob Handyman was amazing, worked fast and with great accuracy. He cut and installed beautiful molding, wallpaper, painting, electrical work, put our treadmill and workout bench together, and fixed broken things screws, holes in the walls, etc. around the house along the way! Now the house is perfect! But stay tuned... it shouldn't be long until the house is run down again!

Dr Bob was a pleasure to work with. He repaired two broken cabinet doors, requiring a little creativity. He provided a no-cost estimate. Very professional!

Bob is an incredibly pleasant person to work with, who is also very competent and thorough. He is an outstanding wall repairman and great at minor electrical work - even showed me how to do a few things myself! In addition to fixing several wall projects, he replaced about 15 outlets and switches - each with its own new challenge in my 50 yr old house, but we got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Bob will tell you if you have a project he cannot handle rather than taking on something too big - honest guy! Will definitely hire him again.

Bob did a great job preparing my metal door for paint and painting it. He also did a great job fixing the caulking in my bathroom. He worked quickly and efficiently, I would hire him again.

He is extremely meticulous, thinks the project though! He did a lot of improvements on his own home and that what actually attracted me to his work, and thought he was fully capable to work on my own home!

Dr. Bob did a fine job on several projects in my home. The cost of his services is reasonable and competitive. He is a really nice, pleasant guy who can repair most anything. I will definitely call on him again when I accumulate my next "Honey-Do" list.
