Trevor called me minutes after requesting a referral, and he said he install my water heater the next day. It was a weekend, and I appreciated his response. Trevor provided the price upfront and did not try to upsell me. He installed the water heater promptly and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Dr. Drain!

Trevor took the time to get everything just right, and then some. He removed an old pipe that was no longer functional. He also helped to identify a gas leak at the outside meter and then tightened down the connection and stopped the leak. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Trevor must have been sent by God. Our 15 year old hot water heater was failing when we started calling many places for estimates. I put in with HomeAdvisor and Angie's list for estimates as well. Those that we used for plumbers before were talking $2000.00 for replacing a Rheem 50 gallon gas fired water heater when the cost in 2007 was 780 dollars. Trevor, with Dr. Drain Plumbing came in unexpected with the lowest bid for a 9 to 11 year replacement instead of the standard 6 year guarantee. Instead of having to wait days for an install, he did the job the next morning on a Saturday.. He actually lifted the old one out and lifted the new one in all by himself. He gave us some extras that we didn't expect...then he hauled the old one away after cleaning up the area in the garage.
