Our tech did not misdiagnos the repair the customer told us which water line he wanted capped off and those are the lines we capped. A few days later he called back and stated the wrong line had been capped we returned and gave him an addition estimate which he declined the total job was $150.00"
"Dr electric has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Dr Electric had a previous agreement with the customer to provide financing. Upon arrival the customer refused to complete the credit application for financing and was unwilling to provide alternate means of payment therefore we were forced to leave without completing the work. The customer called back with payment. We returned and completed the work"
