As a general contractor in residential and commercial restoration, Dr. Flood is able to offer solutions from clean up to reconstruction. We are now offering $500 off your deductible!

Went with the recommendation of HomeAdvisor since I have never experienced water backup in my basement. Thought Home Advisor would would steer me towards a reputable company. BIG MISTAKE! Dr. Flood, what I later found out after hiring them, had a reputation of over charging well above usual and customary for their work. The same has occurred to me. Dr. Flood used more equipment than necessary, left the equipment in place longer than necessary and charged for twice the man hours they were in my residence. According to my insurance agent who had everything broken down by square footage, which is how the job is usually charged, Dr. Flood overcharged by $1700 according to industry standards. DO NOT HIRE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS WHO PREY ON INDIVIDUALS IN A DESPERATE, UNFAMILIAR DILEMMA!

The cleanup crew knows there stuff and came in and did all the right things. I have not seen any of their bills as yet, my insurance is working with the company to pay them.
