Had chimney chase cover and dry rot wood trim replaced. The job was completed professionally and promptly; extremely pleased with the completed job.

Dr Handyman fixed our vent problem that a different contractor failed to do, if not actually making it worse. I recommend him with great confidence.

These people left a mess around my entire property of sledge in my flowerbeds in my bushes on my lawn furniture and he lied and said I needed some repair work around the vents in my roof to be resealed for 1200 bucks and I called my family member who is a licensed roofer and said there is no such thing as needed this man is a rip off would never use them would recommend them to my enemies I spent three days cleaning the mess around the house but theres nothing I can do right now for the sludge on the roof hoping the rain will wash it off but it will put the sludge back in my gutters but I find him trying to upsell $1200 in Flashing to be the most disturbing he should be ashamed of himself to do that to a person so close to Christmas

Prompt and very clean. Pointed out other issues on the roof such as rotted pipe seals that could have resulted in roof leaking. Fixed at a reasonable cost.

Jonathan and Gilbert were great. Bringing things that I couldn't see to my attention. They also made some recommendations and suggestions regarding some issues without a bunch of sales pressure.

I had a deadline to meet and he pulled out all the stuff to make sure my deadline was met with high quality work.

Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable about explaining how he would address the work I was requesting. I needed a new exterior door since it was rotting, shelving in my bathroom and a few areas of repair that had occurred over the years. Hugo performed these repairs which came out great. He was friendly , organized and my most importantly brought all the necessary tools!! He was fast and I would definitely call upon he and Jonathan again for my condo repair needs. Thanks again.

Jonathan Garcia notified me right away, pleasant, no contract wanted to talk to the worker, work done next day by adding a piece of metal with 4 screws, did take 2 men to install in a little over an hour. Was told by Gilbert (worker) my guarantee will be my receipt. No business card. Jonathon came for $1600, the receipt would be emailed, that is the way this company does it. BE AWARE of this company. Cashed check for cash never, never received a receipt.

Great!!!~ Was very easy to work with. Everything I needed done was taken care of in 1 day and the clean up was very good. I will recommend him to all my friends!! I am a widow and I'm so happy to find someone like Dr Handyman that I can trust.

Only received one call from your company, they charged way too much but I did not want to deal with anyone else so I paid them and they are gone, job is done too soon to tell if job will prove lasting and successful

I had one more job for them but they did not show up to do the last job because they were to busy.

Problem #1: On April 30 Jonathan Garcia, the owner, sent out a person, Brian, to clean my chimney. Brian did not speak a word of English. I could not communicate my needs to him. I had to call Jonathan several times to act as an interpreter to get the job done. Problem #2: Jonathan had quoted me a price of $150 - $200 to have my chimney cleaned. When it came time to pay, he said he had misquoted the job and wanted to charge me $250. He also did not want to honor the Angis 5% off discount coupon. I paid him $190 ($200 5% off). Problem #3: A couple of days later, from outside I could see that the chimney cover was stuck on open. I called Jonathan who said he would come out and fix it. I have tried numerous times to reach him for follow up and now (two weeks later) he has not followed up and I can not reach him.
