We really appreciated their work and advice. They took the time to meet with us at various tile and granite stores and pointed out what would fit our budget and some pros and cons of the various types of tile and countertops. As with any remodel, the upheaval to our home and routine was not the most pleasant, but Randall and Danny went out of their way to minimize these distractions by showing respect for our home and cleaning up after every visit. And most importantly to us, they listened to what we wanted and met or exceeded our expectations. We have recommended them to our friends and will call on them for future projects..

Yes, I rated Dr Remodel 5 stars across the board! Randall and DJ worked with me through the LONG selection process I went through and continued working with me through the entire project! Initially I brought them in the replace a 13 year-old cracked contractor-grade bathtub and shower surround in my daughters bathroom. Their team installed a BEAUTIFUL tile shower surround with a steel-enameled tub. It looks GREAT! Because they worked so well with me AND their prices were VERY fair, I also had them replace the master bathtub and replace the old acrylic stand-alone shower in the master bath with a full tiled shower with a frameless shower door and a new bathtub. They work looks wonderful! When they did the demolition to the master shower they discovered a crack in the sub-floor plumbing which has plagued the downstairs living room with mysterious water damage. They showed me the issue and had it repaired (FINALLY after 5-ish years!) the same day! I still saved enough on the budget I’d planned to have them repair ALL of the water damage to the sheetrock in the living room (ceiling and over the fireplace). With still a little more left over in the budget I also had them texture and paint a new wall with an installed pocket door! I have additional work that I will be calling them back out for (as soon as I can afford it, lol!) if you’re like me and read reviews to help make your decision, then please re-read this one! ALL of the work they completed was less than HALF of what the Home Depot contractor wanted to charge us JUST to replace the original bathroom tub/shower with more acrylic! These guys are trying to build their business and are aggressive with both their pricing and their determination to give you exactly what you want. I was hard on them, lol! REALLY hard on them and they responded with professionalism and a smile. Call them and just talk to them, then compare them with others you might call. I want sorry and I don’t think you will be either. I found them to be just decent, honest contractors - which is REALLY hard to find! (If you’ve looked before then you already know that!) After they completed the work I promised to leave them a review. So if you choose them, please leave a review too! They are really trying to build their business and these reviews and word of mouth are the best tools they have! And no, I don’t work for them, they haven’t paid me, and I didn’t receive a discount. I am just VERY happy with the work they did and their prices and wanted to write a long, detailed review to show my appreciation! Thanks guys!!!
