There was a lack of communication as to the shingles. We wanted them to use our matching shingles, however, he did not change the order to specify that. When asked about the lack of communication, we were told that he had already written up the order and did not want to change it. So, we were a little frustrated with that and wondered if it ended up costing us more and we thought we had a better match.
