first time snaked kitchen sink sink still drained slow and backed up called him back he said there was a small clog after saintary tub sink still backs up. i am still waiting

"We were called out to clear kitchen sink. We did everything we could do to open it, but we would have needed to get into the wall. And he did not want us to open up the wall, so he was gonna talk to the condo. Association, let's see what they wanted to do. We'd be more than happy to open up the wall to get to the line. We charge them for the work we did. And explained everything to him he reached back out to us but still did not want us to go into the wall Just wanted us to try what we were doing again. Which didn't make any sense."

I was told $250 on the phone for a snake job to clear my basement drain but was charged $300. Other than that, completed the job and answered my questions.

I was in a bad way when I reached out for a plumber. I had a serious problem that was only getting worse. The gentleman showed up on time and assessed the problem within a couple of minutes, went out to his truck to get the proper tools, and in a short time, he saved the day. Dr. Rooter 911 was great! They came out within an hour on a Sunday on very short notice and fixed my clogged basement drain quickly and professionally. John and his associate were both incredibly helpful, pleasant, and polite. They explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving.
