They did a good job of replacing an overflowing or broken water heater, but it took forever for them to get here, meaning I had to cancel any activities for the day. I'm sure they were 'backed up' with another project, but I too lost a whole day waiting for them. Unfortunately, the original builders/contractors built a closet around the offending water heater, so they had to remove the door and moulding to remove the heater and replace it with a new one. Fortunately, it was/is located in the garage, so the water tsunami didn't damage anything except my checkbook.
