Fast, helpful, professional, and fair pricing. I recently had a sump pump failure which ruined my hot water heater heaters. I reached out to several companies and Dr Water Heater responded quickly and prioritized the timing of the team’s visit. I was without hot water so a few days made a big difference! The entire process was helpful without making me feel pressured, and extremely thorough and professional throughout. I would highly recommend this service.

The plumbing job is excellent. But some of their estimates was not clear. estimate price and actual invoice price was different. I recommend that, if you can, to get a written estimate before ordering. If it is so, you can avoid this kind of problem. The job itself is excellent.

Probably a little more than "others" in terms of cost but fair and well worth it! Tony responded immediately, answered all my questions, scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time, completely the installation in a timely manner, explained everything clearly and left the work site and my house clean! Amazing. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Also, personable people. And Tony was present with his guys when the work was being completed.

What can I say about Tony, Tony is simply great, does good solid quality work. He came out on Sunday Mother's day to assess the work ahead of him. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one. He installed a pressure reducing valve as well since we had too much pressure entering our home and and some small round tank about the water heater. All in all, he's a good guy, does good work, great smile. Reminds me of service calls you'd see in the 80's films, telling you such a great guy. You'll learn so much from listening to his assessment. We had an old water heater that developed a leak in the inner tank. Tony was very responsive and did a fantastic job with removing the old heater and installed the new one quickly. Great communication and explained the processes from start to finish.
