Drafting Everyday

We hired Eugene (Evgeniy Dulo) from Drafting Everyday through Angi for drafting plans for our food trailer and paid a full deposit upfront. After reviewing the project, he informed us he could not proceed due to L&I-related issues, and the project was canceled. Since then, we have made multiple requests for an itemized invoice, proof of work completed, or a partial refund. He has been unresponsive and has not provided any documentation or issued a refund. This has resulted in a payment dispute, as services were not completed and no supporting records have been provided. We have also been unable to verify an active business registration or licensing in Washington State under this name. We are requesting a resolution, including proper documentation of any work performed or a refund of the deposit. Based on our experience, we strongly caution others before hiring. We recommend verifying licensing, requesting written agreements, and avoiding large upfront payments until work is clearly

Eugene is amazing. He got the design done very, very quickly handled all the permitting for me, just a great job all the way around!

Eugene knocked it out of the park starting with our first introduction through each follow-up! He was highly professional, and super courteous throughout the entire effort. He listened and answered all my questions at a level I was able to understand. With my previous draft-person and “prior to meeting and hiring Eugene” the first submittal failed with my local City Hall. With Eugene, my First submittal with city Hall City passed!

This project was finished on time and right. Good job.

Eugene created a beautifully designed ADU. It is perfectly designed and everyone who stays absolutely loves it! He turned an old garage into a perfect studio with a full kitchen and laundry .
