Our old A/C died after 20 years of use and was in place before we moved into our home so it had been used for a good long time. After some bids, discussions, review of Service plans we decided to go with Comfort Pros. So glad we did! From Austin-who came right out and met me on my lunch to see what we were dealing with- he had 10 minutes tops to get the info he needed to quote the job, he answered all of my questions. Worked with Chris next to finalize it and get the job started. Best of all- was having Sal as our technician- he was amazing! On time very detailed, prepared, clean, hard worker left no mess behind, informative. Please give Sal a bonus! We want him for all our future service calls. Thanks again for such a great experience.

Great experience with your company. From the initial contact with Carmen, to the finer details with Austin. Andy did great installing the outside AC unit. Sal did a great job installing everything on the inside. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my question and I didn’t feel like I was a bother to him.
