They called me as I was looking for a plumber on 12/24 using home advisor. We set up an appointment for 12/26 @ 9:00. They were there at 8:30, took a look at the problem a clogged main drain from my home to the street main sewer. They gave us a quote of $350 which we thought was very reasonable. They cleared the clog, after running the snake about 65 feet into the drain. Then put the camera down the drain they found out the clay pipes had shifted and that is causing the main problem. They quoted me a price but didn't try to over sell it, when we said that we couldn't do it until the summer. They also fixed a leaky pipe in my daughter's room. As they were finishing up they noticed my Navy suncatcher.Brandon asked who was in the Navy, I said it was me. He asked for my ID & have me a 10% discount on the final bill. So the whole thing cost $337.50. Which I thought is very reasonable. I plan on calling them again when we get ready to fix the clay pipes in the front yard. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Came out the same day which was on a Sat. and only took 25 min. to complete the job which was unclogging the main drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Also, the cost was much less than expected since most charge a flat fee for just coming out. Hopefully, I won't have anymore drainage issues but if I do, I would call them again.

Just had Drain Bros. leave my house, they knew what to do to fix my kitchen drain problem. Assuming the rest of the week goes fine, I cant tell you how relieved it is to find a efficient plumber who wont price gouge you to death - on a typical plumbing issue ( 2 other previous plumbers used, in my area). This company is commendable !

It was not an easy repair. I had asked Brandon to use a little McGyver experience. He was able to figure it out and the cost was less than the quote. I have him doing another job later this week. Good job.

Brandon DeVries showed up in the time perimeters he gave us. He is polite, professional and friendly. We explained our issues and he knew right away what needed to be done. He was here for about an hour to unclog 2 drains, fix a running toilet and use Big Bertha to clean the pipe out to the road. Some of that hour was for talking. He's a good sport. We are both happy and proud to have learned that he is an Army Veteran and continues to serve in the Reserves. When I shared with him my Nephew is Army, he shared the Military discount with us.
