Drain Busters Sewer and Drain Cleaning

Vinny (company owner and well experienced master plumber) did exactly as promised. He reinstalled all sink faucets, waste disposal in conjunction with our new counter top installations in kitchen and baths. At our request, he also installed new pop-ups in our bathrooms and new brass inlet valves, replacing the original at-risk-of-breaking plastic inlet valves along with new stainless steel braided water supply lines. We're very pleased and would rehire in a heartbeat.

Never did the project as the problem was solved.

They were professional, arrived on time and completed the work as promised. Everything was cleaned up. A week later I got my house pressure washed and lost my hot water. I called and the owned walked me through the steps to find the receptacle that had "blown" He spent a considerable amount of time helping me with this and helped me get everything working again. I would highly recommend them.

Great follow-up

Each time, Todd arrived within the agreed time-frame. The estimate for the work was very reasonable. All the work was completed very quickly and correctly. Both Todd and Vinny (sp?) were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

Did not have all necessary parts on truck and had to go get them. 1 item was way overpriced. Sorry I asked for that to be done. Good work overall. Friendly. On time Would hire again.

Quick response to problems

They called us and sent out Chris and Todd to give us a bid. We accepted the bid and they ordered the Water Heater. Delivered in about two hours and completed the installation in about 2 hours. Very happy with their work.

I entered my project into Home Advisor which was to replace the main shutoff valve and install a new "smart" shutoff valve. Within minutes I received a call from Drain Busters Sewer and Cleaning. They said they could arrive between 11 am and 1 pm to give me an estimate. They showed up at 11 am gave me an quote for two options and said they could do the job now. I agreed to one of the options and they went to get supplies to do the job. They job was down quickly, neatly and on budget. I would highly recommend Drain Busters Sewer and Cleaning!

Todd was very prompt and courteous. He and the girl in the office went above and beyond for my parents. I would definitely call them again.

Todd at Drain Busters was very helpful in completing our project. He told me how to acquire an independent insurance adjuster. Also when the person working on the floor did not do the job as he felt it should be done he came and redid it to our satisfaction. This company has been very easy to work with.

Called on a Sunday, panicked because we had sewage backing into the house. They sent someone out Monday and they cleared the line, however, we obviously had another issue, because there was sewage in the yard. They came back, dug up the area and found that our distributor box was cracked and an attached pipe was broken. They fixed everything, could not have been nicer, kept coming out until everything was perfect. We were concerned that this was going to cost thousands of dollars, but the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend them completely, without any hesitation. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and super friendly!
