Tony showed up to give me a free estimate within 10 minutes of my initial call. Unreal. Pleasantly surprised! Scheduled the fix for the following day @ 9am. Once again… early. Punctuality not an issue. Per the initial estimate, Tony fixed the problem and actually fixed a secondary issue I had. Friendly, punctual, very reasonably priced. All around win! I highly recommend!

I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. Richie had the work finished and the area left clean. The customer service from Drain city Plumbing Inc in Torrance is the best. Thanks Richie. Review by Jennell G. Gardena CA. 9/14/23
