Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, knew exactly how to install the kitchen faucet, and did a fine job at a very reasonable price. I mentioned our oven door was not closing completely, and he took a look at it. We researched this on the internet, and Ron stayed with me and worked on the oven door using the internet techniques we found until it shut completely. This was above and beyond the call of duty, he did not have to do this, but just took pleasure in helping me out and getting this door to close. This really meant a lot to me, was the kind of service you rarely, if ever, find anywhere anymore.

They did the job as agreed

Did not give quality service. Installed a dented water heater after changing the price when he got to the house. Left a gap in the garage ceiling around the pipe. It was a very hot day and I believe that contributed to his poor quality of work. Not impressed with anything but the fact that he did show up at approximately the time he said he would.

When Jason fixed my toilet; he only replaced the flow valve mechanism. He decided not to replace the rubber flapper. The rubber flapper is not working now. Do I have to pay you to fix the insides of the toilet again? I'm not pleased. I had to ask him to replace the flapper, but he refused. His reason was that he decided not to do it. Also, the sink stopper is not lifting high enough to drain water while I brush my teeth and wash my face. I have to jiggle it to allow the water level to go down. I paid $725 or $775 for the repairs, but he cut a few corners and now I may have to pay again. I tried to call you, but you didn't answer. I'm not arguing the money as he also replaced the bathtub faucet. I'm in need of another repair. And, since you didn't fix the rubber flapper when most plumbers would have; I think you should fix it at no cost now.
