About us

Drain Designs is a family-owned drainage company based in Cary, NC. We help keep your home and yard healthy with well designed, lifetime guaranteed drainage improvements and systems. Prevent foundation problems, moisture/ mold growth, damage to landscaping, pest issues and the other problems caused by poor drainage. We provide drainage diagnostic and design work based on 25 years of experience in commercial and residential design and installation of drainage, foundation waterproofing and foundation repair systems. Due to the work involved in creating a good plan and the demand for our services, we cannot provide free estimates. We will perform an initial site visit for up to an hour for $90. This includes work such as basic diagnostic work, foundation/crawl space visual inspection, drain testing, recommendations, discussing options to fit your needs and budget and a verbal estimate. Drain Designs did a very professional job and paid attention to details. I believe they worked on my house like they would their own home. My crawl space has remained dry since they installed my drain system and not having a river of water coming out of the downspouts is also very gratifying.

Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job repairing a 100year old stone wall so that a complete take down and rebuild could be avoided. The work was done well, in a timely manner, at the agreed upon cost, and the site was left clean. I recommend K Squared Masonry.

K Squared,Inc. is the ideal professional to see for your masonry repair or masonry developement.Not only is his word as good as gold, but he also does a little extra whereas you wanted just one thing done and there was something small an noticeablely broken ,well he goes on to repair that also at no added cost. Kevin is friendly, attentive, professional, easy to work with, and made sure he got my input before putting his skill and insight to work. The stone entryway looks fantasic, and I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially someone who needs a small project completed with a limited budget. Five stars!

Kevin did a wonderful job grinding out and replacing the mortar on my brick front steps. He also had to reset some of the bricks. He is a great craftsman and you can tell he enjoys and takes pride in his work. His fee was very reasonable, he did the job quickly and his manner was very professional. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.

An all around positive experience. For both inspection/quote process and once selected the actual repair. Showed up on time, took care of issues to point were some were difficult to even find after he was done. He was thorough and did not rush the job.
