Thomas, the owner, has 20 years of plumbing and drain cleaning experience and will be involved in the project from start to finish. As a licensed and insured company, we use top-grade products and our plumbers are experts when it comes to residential plumbing services. From hot water dispenser installations to sewer line cleaning, we perform all work according to local, state, and city codes. Our plumbing truck is like a fully-stocked plumbing warehouse, so no extra trips should be required. As for prices, we are as much as $40.00 less than the big-rooter companies. I understood the base charge but my "repair" took less than 10 minutes and I thought $165 was exceedingly high. I was hoping that I could have gotten a slightly reduced rate for such a minor call.

He checked both toilets with camera and used toilet tissue to see if it would clog. He said that it was caused by the toilet tissue. It was mostly advise.

We highly recommend Drain Doctors for any plumbing issues you have - owner, Tom, was fair, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and helpful. Tom talked us through helpful fixes on the phone at 8 pm while we struggled with clogged drains/toilets and sewer backing up into tubs. When we were not able to fix it ourselves, he came first thing in the morning as scheduled and fixed our issues for exactly the quoted price. Thank you so much for being a lifesaver for us and for advising us so honestly. We will definitely call you for our future plumbing needs and recommend you to everyone we know.

Blocked sanitary branch on a Friday night - all other providers were 'busy' with 'emergencies'. Tom offered to call at 7am next morning to see if I still needed service. He called at 7:01, and I asked him to come out. Arrived just before promised time, quickly assessed my problem, quoted, and I agreed. Issue fixed in less than 45 minutes, cost was exactly as quoted, cleaned up, and we were complete! Best value for cost, fair, honest, professional, called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would, best experience I've had with a service call. Very highly recommended - money well spent.
