Price was what I thought it should be and am going to have them out to do more work and the price is right. It's was something if I had the time and tools I could have done myself. So I knew exactly what was required and he explained it over the phone when I called the first time.

Called within minutes of my doing a search on HomeAdvisor even though it was evening. Was polite. Quoted me a reasonable estimate. Made an appointment convenient to me. On the day of the appointment, called me ahead of time to apprise me of his schedule and progress. Best of all, Mike did an excellent job. We ran down the list of things I wanted addressed. He went straight to work at a good steady pace and did everything in relatively short time. He charged for actual time he spent in your house. Other companies charge by “book” time like a car dealer will charge you an hour for labor even if it took the mechanic only 10 minutes to do the job. Overall I am very pleased. I wrote this glowing review because I think honest and hard working professionals like Mike should get business for his sake and the sake of his customers. Everybody wins. I had him replace the kitchen faucet, the garbage disposal, the hot water shut off valve, fixed the dishwasher overflow line, and checked the pressure reducing valve.

Very focused on good customer service. The actual price was twice the estimate but I don't know if my job was more difficult. The plumber chipped or cracked two pieces of tile which he said could be easily fixed with appliance paint....nope, I TRIED, with the exception of the chipped tile, I'm very satisfied with the work. MI would call them again.

It's always nerve racking when you reach out to someone in the skilled trades. Often times it's a big risk, as you never know who you're going to end up with. Mike and Drain Doctors and Plumbers are a top notch outfit, hands down. When I encountered an issue with my sewer lateral late in the evening, I filled out a request for information online and Mike followed up instantly. I scheduled him for 8am the next day. He arrived exactly at 8am the next day. Mike is very courteous and takes pride in attention to detail. His pricing is also very reasonable, and no hassle. He even quoted me a replacement price for an old toilet in minutes, picked up the unit and installed it in under an hour. All told, if Mike's business covers your area, there is no better bet. Quality work at a reasonable price!

He was very rude he was showing his frustration for all time while he was working on my project and while he was doing my job he damage my countertops and he damage my sink I have no words to explain how upset I was with the service. I wish you guys can fix this.
