Established in 2009 I worked for many companies before taking the big step of branching off. It was very tough because I wasn't sure how it would go. The customers made it very easy to get started and prosper through this tough economy. We are very thankful for all of our loyal customers and new ones. The owner responded within 10 minutes of my submission to ServiceMagic. He was very professional and courteous and carefully explained his policies. One of his workers, Tony, was already in the area and came to our home that day. Tony was also extremely professional as well as friendly. We had an unknown leak, and he did a great job troubleshooting the problem without messing up too much of our home. We plan to use Mr. Rooter again if we have a future problem.

Installer arrived promptly. He assessed the problems and repaired what he could at the time. He furnished an estimate of the entire project, in writing, and told us exactly where to go to get the faucets we needed and exactly what to get. He discovered a leak that we did not know we had, fixed it and did not charge any more than the original estimate. He did extremely good work and we were extemely pleased with him.

The response time from this company was unbelievable. I submitted my request through Service Magic and they called me within 15 minutes. I spoke with Anthony and he was very courteous and able to perform the requested work immediately. He arrived at my house promptly at the agreed upon time, assessed the situation, and provided pricing immediately for the work that would need to be done to fix my problem. Within a couple of hours the work was completed beyond my expectations. I would call this company again in a heartbeat.
