My initial contact was with the plumber (Joe,) who completed the job and, was johnny on the spot (meaning, responded within hours.) Along with a co-worker (plumber, Aaron)-completed the job within an hour. Both were respectful and truly professional in their approach to the project. Joe provided an initial project cost $ for the project and allowed elaboration of what was needed to complete the job. Price was fair and pleased with the 10% discount provided for the amount of work required. Highly recommend both of these professionals.

Drain Genie was honest, professional, and had the best rates in the area. After having estimates from Rainaldi and Roto Rooter, who both diagnosed the wrong problem, John found the underlying problem and found the quickest way to fix it. There was no need to rip my toilet from the floor as the other companies suggested, nor was there a need to rebuild my toilet (another recommendation). John completed the job for half of the cost of the other estimates, cleaned up his area, and was very thorough in checking his work and the functioning of my toilet. Thank you, Drain Genie. You are my plumber for life!
