I called to have my exterior spigot (hose bib) replaced due to it dripping water from the opening. I tried to remove it myself but was afraid of breaking it off the wall. The tech came out and literally had it replaced in 5 minutes. The tech reduced the price because the job was much easier and quicker than anticipated. Awesome service.

"Thank you for leaving a review.. it means a lot.. just not sure why the price is or was a issue I spent 15 min on the phone asking questions to give you a price upfront over the phone.. told you it very well may be the septic tank told you if we come out and snake it we would have to charge the same fee even if it was your tank because we preformed the service.. we snaked it to the tank found it was your septic and charged you the agreed price that was quoted over the phone.. so not sure why we are pricey if it was to much over the phone we did not have to go out.. thank you very much for your business and taking the time to review us.. have"

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Responded quickly. Gave an estimate right away and would have performed the work the next day, but I wasn't ready. They came and did the work as scheduled. Arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the work area and explained about the new water heater. Very happy with this company.

The owner John was very flexible in helping me schedule a convenient appointment. They followed up with call prior to day of service. The 2 techs explained all steps with pictures --everything seems to be in working order now. They were knowledgeable, courteous and had fair pricing not to mention a great clean-up.
