Had and emergency at 10pm of a Friday night and within 30 min he was at my doorstep when nobody could make it until Monday at the earliest. He did a great job and made sure we were taken care of and truly went above and beyond. Block was found and he was the first person that took the extra time to check other drains like the showers and sure enough he found issues that could have given me problems in the future. Really can't say enough about Drain Hounds, my go to from now on.

Urgent need drain water backing into house. Late, dark, cold and raining. Came right out did a superb job even in the difficult conditions. Block was found and fixed. Tough project is very skilled and through. Will be my to go drain guy ! Also gave a fair flat price which stuck to.

Excellent communication and responsiveness- Taylor came out on a Saturday morning. When he arrived he was professional and efficient. He took care of our clogged drain quickly and provided information that will help minimize problems in the future. Worth every penny and will definitely use in the future!

He was on time and came after regular work hours to fit me into his schedule and did not charge for after hour regular service. He gave me an up front estimate and held to it....he diagnosed the problem and tried ti solve the issue without digging up the drain line....unfortunately I have to dig up a section where he believes where the break in the drain line is located. He used video, root cutter, snake and drain line locator.
