They were extremely professional and courteous. They worked with me and my tenants to make this as smooth and painless as possible. I would not only use them for future needs, I would recommend them for any plumbing issues.

They were a little late because they had to empty the truck before they came over, but this is OK becuase it would have been worse if they came and the truck did not have enough room to pump out my entire septic tank. Price was reasonable. Serviceman was courteous and helpful. Overall good experience.

My house is surrounded by a tropical jungle and trying to get to the drainage field and replace it was not an easy task. Peter came out and looked at the job and we spoke several times about the proper plan to get in and do the work without destroying the tropical jungle garden. In the end he was in and out in one day, with no damage to the surrounding garden areas, very clean. I honestly don't think the job could have been done any better. I would recommend Peter and his team to anyone.

Good, reliable service but expensive

John, the dispatcher at Drainmaster lied to me several times. I had an ppointment for March 6 at 11 A.M. and Gary, the plumber, showed up at 3PM. I called constantly between 11 and 3 and John constantly lied about Gary's whereabouts. This greatly complicated the installation of the unit Drainmaster was hired for,.

Found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest.
