Drain Patrol Plumbing

First crew that arrived were on time, courteous, professional, a bit slow working, and provided good quality service. They discovered a drain leak in the bathroom tub. Getting someone to fix that the next day was a chore. Many delays had to wait all day, plumber finally arrived late afternoon. He was innept, slow, and turned around my impression of Drain Patrol.

Very timely response to my request (withing minutes)

Drain Patrol was very prompt with their free estimate. Unfortunately it took almost a week and a half to get the part which was needed to fix the tankless water heater setup. The plumber who did the job was courteous and fairly reliable but constrained by the delay on the part.

We had a rough start, But smoothed out the edges in the end. I work out of town so it was imparitive that they be on time. It didn't work out that way. Aaron apologized and made arragements to do the job after hours. I would hire this company again

They need to communicate more with their clients especially when the job is going to take longer than anticipated. My tenants did not have water for most of the day and did not get an estimate on how long the job was going to take. They need to clean up after the work is completed.

I rated them poor on communication because the first plumber gave us the quote, but another plumber came to do the job. The 2nd plumber said the first plumber had made an inaccurate estimate and raised the price quite a bit ($275 to $450). Due to the first plumber having an emergency, there was quite a bit of confusion about when another plumber would be out, so instead of Drain Patrol showing up at 9am as promised, they were there at 1pm, wasting a lot of our time. The work was done very satisfactorily and the plumber who did the work was very thorough, as far as we can tell so far. I would hire them again.

The plumber changed my house valve, but the new valve does not completely shut off the water to the house. I do have to contact the company again to check on the work done.
