Great service for great price

It was a big job and I think the guys did a good job at keeping the price fair. Not only did they install a new waterline, they needed to replace a very old water heater and replace some old pipes.

excellent ! you will not be disappointed! they rescued me from a botched job from a previous contractor who left me with a failed system and sewage open on the ground to smell ! everyone was prompt, professional,and left the site clean each day. went above and beyond as far as im concerned. my neighbors came over and wanted their names. now are coming back to do inside drains and pipes for kitchen ,bath,and basement. thats how much i like them! thank you dave and team!!

We did have to reschedule a few times due to both of our busy schedules; however, Dave ended up doing a great job. I will definitely keep him in mind for future jobs.

Dave, the company's owner, was prompt in returning my messages and completing the job. Our problem seemed a bit more difficult to solve than we anticipated, but Dave worked arduously until he was successful! My husband and I felt, in this world where we rarely feel like we get our money's worth for ANY service, we surely were satisfied with Drainpro's service. Drainpro is now our plumber of choice!

They did a great job on the repair. cleaned up the sewage in the basement too, which was unexpected.Only wish they had given me a price up front.

Dave was very professional and on time.. He came the next day fix two things.. My bust leaky drain pan in the bathroom and a backed up drainage in the laundry room. It took two days. but he fixed and patched everything up. The price for it all seemed fair

He came for my clogged drain in about an hour. He quote 2 prices over phone, depending on whether or not snake needed. He also stated that if unable to fix with the snake, there would be no service charge and he'd give a new quote. Luckily, it was an easy fix and no snake needed. He also insured his work for 30 days. He's friendly, price aware, and professional. Hoping I don't need any plumber again, but I will use him when I do.
