Plumber was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. We were really impressed with the service and the price seemed very fair. We would recommend Troy to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Had a new washing machine drain installed that required cutting out some wall and then patching. The plumbing and remodeling (patching the wall) were separate businesses and the quote I received from the plumber did not include the remodel, which they did not tell me until it was all done. This was very bothersome to me. Despite this, all the work was done quickly and well done. We were able to find times that worked and everyone was pleasant. I just felt it was deceptive to not tell me tell me about the separation of businesses.

They scheduled the work quickly. The guy that arrived was good, and he did what he could to fix the fixture, but he couldn't, so he replaced it. He did a great job.

Immediate response to my request. On time when scheduled. Excellent work.

he worked fast and did a good job. I thought for the scope of the project and how much time he spent doing the repair, it was a little bit pricey.

Troy was out to our house within one hour, replaced our sump pump and we had no problems at all after that. He followed up the next day to see how the sump pump was working and he is the nicest guy! Excelllent work and very professional.

Experience was pleasant. They were able to come out right away. Mike called about 15 minutes before arriving. He was polite and cleared the clog and adjusted the water level.
