"This women wanted a new attic ladder installed and replaced with? a preexisting one I made sure she was OK with the scheudule and the type of work that needed to take place she understood and accpected....I cleaned and sweept behind my self in this narrow hall way at the time she voiced no issue she accpected the busy schedule I had offered her and had told me she was gonna be home and when I arrived nobody was home she started to get frustrated at me not being available at her demand I finished the project but There was bad feelings still there so she left this not so nice rating as a way of feeling even for whatever reason."

Joseph Dimartino was extremely responsive. I originally had difficulty detreminig what I needed to be done, and we spoke several times on the phone before he sent out workman. Once we discussed what I needed done, Mr. Dimartino ordered the part and had his workman out within days. His workman were timely and polite. They completed their job efficiently and left the workspace clean. Mr. Dimartino followed up with a telephone call. I expect that I will hire Drain Relief Inc. for futher plumbing needs. They were fantastic.
