Drain Service Techinician - Unlicensed Contractor

Douglas Avalos responded within three hours after I placed the call. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each process while unplugging the drain. His assistant, wife Tania was also, very professional and knowledgeable.

Douglas is verybunderstanding- he explains before doing the work. He tests the drains thoroughly after cleaning and also advises on maintenance.

Douglas showed up on a Sunday night to fix an emergency plumbing issue. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable AND my drain is fixed!

Such a nice guy and his wife too !! So it was Mr. and Mrs. Plumber ! So sweet.. so thorough.. I will set up a root maintenance program with him... Called me to verify appt., and when got stuck in traffic called from his truck to let me know he may be late.. (and he wasn't). I was very impressed. Highly recommend..
