He lied and did not do the job I paid him then had to take him to court have not received my money back, I had to hire someone else to come in and put shut off valves in that he was paid to do, do not call this guy... he is very scary

Absolutely fantastic job on my home gas line project. Very professional and quick. He even replace tub, sink, and washer shut off valves. Contacted late Wednesday night through Angi.com and the plumber Thursday morning. I would recommend Drain Solutions to any and everyone needing a plumber.

Rob gave me options for either repairing or replacing the water heater. Either way he was able to resolve my issue of not having hot water within a few hours. I had just moved in and had not had a hot shower in the 4 days I have lived here. So, I'm extremely happy. He was also very kind to my dog who had been tramatized after a cross country move. I would highly recommend.

I went through Angi and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can not hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angi. At this point, it is not about the money. It is about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!

He charged $500 to change a showerhead and faucet and was also to put shut off valves in, he lied and said the shut-off valves were there and were to come back out to show me where they were. No show no call 5 different days, I hired Downey plumbing, they came out and put shut off valves in. I filed a complaint and was awarded the money-back probably never see it, and he was yelling at me over the phone DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HE LIES AND TAKES THE MONEY. He said he installed to shut off valves and charged $500. He was supposed to come back and never did, quit answering my calls, I called Downey plumbing they came out and said shut off valves were not installed, so they did the job, filed small claims, he never showed they ordered he refund me, I am sure I will not get my money back, way to take advantage, Rob!

We agreed on a 12-year warranty water heater. He installed the one with a 6-year warranty there is a $350.00 difference between the two models. He said it is a commercial quality system. paperwork states it is residential. he lied and said he purchased the unit for $850, and he can prove it, He tried to call a cell phone, it was his other cell phone. the unit is only $400, the unit was dented. he threatened to take away the unit, I told him to take it, then he backed down. do not ever hire him even for a plug change.

My water heater started to leak at six Saturday morning called the big 3 company's in Toledo for the emergency they said a tech would call back. Waited hour nothing got on HomeAdvisor for other companies and Rob called in mins and on his way before the other 3 company's called back 2 hrs later. He put in the new waterheater in and up grade my water lines with new ball valves. And called the city to shut the water off to do it. Awsome job I just sat back let him do his job. Before new it he was done all new water lines in a house built-in 1972. Very happy camper. Big Thx to Rob
