Drain Surgeon of North Central Florida

I hired Eli and this company that also goes by The Drain Surgeon of Florida LLC on October 21st, 2025 to install a water filtration system. The installation was done incorrectly sadly, this is also the system that was recommended by Eli himself. The pH neutralizer and filters were in the wrong order, and the system leaked at multiple connections. Aside from this, some of my separate material was damaged as well as primer burnt though and leaked onto my new epoxy floor in a couple areas. The only reason I noticed to look was because I heard Eli mention to his helper to try to sand it out which is pretty unsettling to say the least that they were not upfront about it. Eli did offer $150 as compensation that I have yet to receive. Also, they did ask to borrow one of my tools which was weird but I agreed and turns out they borrowed most of my tools to complete the job and now I am missing one of my knives since that day. Eli has since stopped responding to my messages to fix the issue

Gave recommendations in keeping sewage line from clogging and pointed out other problems he saw in my property.

I hired them thinking that I needed to connect to the city sewer system. They listened to me and checked with the city as to what they needed to do to hook to the system. It was going to be very expensive and I had resigned myself to paying it. They wanted to check my septic tank first. Eli and Flip worked hard on it. They got the roots out of it, dug all around it, cut the roots back away from it and inspected the tank. It was in good working order. They could have just hook me in to the sewer system and charged me a lot of money, instead they solved my problem for a lot less. Their honesty and work ethic is the best I have seen in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again. I am a 77 year old woman living alone and they could have easily tried to take advantage of that and they did not. Means a lot.

I am amazed. They showed up thirty minutes after I submitted a request for help on Angi, on a Saturday afternoon nonetheless, to clear a gnarly sink blockage. They were professional, very courteous and efficient. They cleared a drain blockage we had in the kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal in quick order. Highly recommended! Eli and flip were amazing , Eli actually approached me in lowes asked me if I was having issues as I was searching products for septic and I told him our situation was roots in septic tank , they ended up doing it by hand as itâ s an old system tank , courteous and hard working guys , I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and got everything out and cleaned , 40+ year old tank and 40+ year old roots â ¦ tank is like new â ¦ absolutely amazing workers â ¦ price was very fair as to what we needed , definitely my go to company for any septic work â ¦.
