I broke a pipe on Sunday afternoon and they responded immediately to my call. It was fixed within 2 hours of when it broke with no inconvenience to my family. Kenneth was very professional and courteous. He did the work for the agreed upon price with no extra charge for Sunady service. Drain-tech fixed my problem so I could watch the football game, they are my heros!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
had the drain cleared and our kitchen back up and running within an hour of arrival- only took 45 minutes for him to get here from his first response. That was on a Sunday-Thanks!

Water Heater Repair or Service
a) DrainTech did not respond right-away, only after my f/u b) DrainTech 'sub-contracted' with a local technician c) Sub-Contractor deviated widely from promised appointment time d) Sub-Contractor had to return for fixing a leak (next day-late again) e) $ 190.- (&tip) seemed a lot (+/- 10% mtl <> 90% labor) f) work seems satisfactory - however, I had expected a clear statement (on the invoice) that the prior 'IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE A/C REPLACEMENT' had caused the 'LOSS IN HOT WATER PRESSURE' (with that I had agreed with the installer to be re-imbursed for the plumbing cost)... Can DrainTech still issue that???

Quick response, came out on a Sunday and maintained a very pleasant demeanor the entire time. Kenneth fixed a busted water main and installed a water heater in 2 days. Very reasonable rates, also.
