The Drain Connection

Never will I ever use them. I oversee 10 properties and the property had an appointment scheduled for 10am. The mother of an infant was in the back of the house nursing her child so she left the screen door open. She waited patently till 10:30 and called the guy who was supposed to be there. He said he showed up and knocked but no one answered. She stats that she absolutely did not hear the door and that it was quiet in the house. Perhaps someone did not feel like doing their job that day. We paid in advance- now the tenants have to wait till Sunday. What a nightmare.

The technician arrived a few minutes earlier than expected which was great because I had plans for the day. He assessed the problem and told me what the fee would be. We agreed and he promptly got to work. The job was completed and he cleaned up the work area. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to family members.

William was Avery cordial person and went to work immediately when he showed up at my house. I was a homebuilder for 35 years and donâ t know if I ever had a plumber so professional and courteous at the same time. The job site was cleaner when he left than it was when he got there. Thank you!
