He answered all our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. He identified what the issue was and walked me through how to fix it. He explained everything for our furnace issue and water heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered right away and was able to get me in right away and got us taken care of and took his time to make sure it was done right. Definitely would hire him again if needed and would recommend his services.

I hired this man to repair my tankless hot water heater. He came out one day to assess, and after he reviewed what needed to be done, he told me he would brush up on it that night, and it should not be a problem. So, I proceeded with having him back to complete the job. He came back and worked for two hours - tinkering. Keep in mind that our water heater was not working. So he decided that a flush was what was needed. He did that. And while it was nice to do, it did not resolve anything. He tried to connect a copper pipe twice but had a clamp on wrong, which, when turned back on, shot water all over the electronics inside. He finally got it back on, but nothing was working. I asked if we should consult someone about the new noise coming from one of the components, and he said, yeah, you can do that. Nothing else was said. He rounded up a few of his belongings, turned from my garage, and walked out. I thought he was going to get something....then I heard his truck door close, and he started his truck and drove off. I then called him to ask if he was done, he said yes. This is like another review of his in that he did NOT complete the job he was hired to do, but he wants his money. I eventually got another plumber to arrive and actually fix it, but they had to replace some components, and it cost over $500. We were without hot water for over a week. Had he been honest about his capabilities - not just saying he will brush up on it and that he rebuilds his own transmissions to inspire confidence, I could have saved them money on him, and the time without hot water in the middle of winter. I absolutely would not hire this man again. I sent him a check for the original bill because he did come to my house, but he tacked on a late charge. I will not be paying any late fees. I also included a hand-written note saying all of this to him. If your task is semi-complicated, look somewhere else. He is cordial but lacks professionalism to tell you he is in over his head.

Hired this company to open my pool, I was quoted a price and asked to pay half up front, the gentleman actually worked on the pool the first day, after that not really, a week after it was first started, the gentleman, came, picked up his supplies, left and then texted me and told me he could not finish the job. Very professional.

If you need a plumber - Glen is the guy to call. He fixed a leak in my swimming pool - which from other companies would have cost a lot more.
