Spanish Springs Concrete

We had our driveway completely replaced and widened. They removed the old cracked concrete, regraded the base, added compacted gravel, and poured a thicker driveway with clean control joints. They also extended a small sidewalk leading to the front door and added a step at the entry. Total came out to about $13,900 and everything looks clean and solid. I’m 100% satisfied.

We had them come out to install a brand new concrete patio along with a full set of steps coming off the back of our house, and the end result honestly exceeded expectations. From the start, they handled everything — demo of the old surface, regrading, and properly compacting the base so everything would last long-term. The patio is a large area (roughly 20x25) and they didn’t cut any corners. They poured a thicker slab, added reinforcement, and the finish came out extremely clean with sharp edges and perfectly placed control joints. The steps are solid and wide with a smooth, even rise — feels very high-end and safe. What impressed me most was how precise everything was. The slope for drainage is perfect, water runs off exactly how it should, and the whole setup ties in clean with the house. We paid $8,900 total and after seeing the quality and workmanship, I’d say it was absolutely worth it. This isn’t a cheap, quick job — this is something built to last.

We ended up extending the patio a few extra feet and adding a small steps down into the yard. Paid around $10,600 and it came out beautiful. Easily 10/10 satisfied.
