Very friendly and helpful, and very fast service. I was having a problem and I needed things checked out fast. The lady at the office when I called really seemed to know her business and helped me a lot, then sent a service guy right out the same day. I bought a service agreement from them after that.

Thus far I am still in the planning stage. I have talked to the Company, and they informed me of the procedure for applying for a permit, and getting the proper tests. They have also offered to me if I need it names of Contractors in the area that do the perc and other tests. I have had only positive results in my contacts with Drain Soultions. I am sure that when my dealings with this Company are through I will be giving them a much higher rating. If I was rating their assistance so far it would be a 5 star. but being I have not gotten the full process done, I will reserve a full rating for later in the process. Thank you, Joe Engelbrecht
