They were excellent plumbers but the crew broke an irrigation pipe and have been promising to fix it and have not shown back up for over ten days even after multiple texts to them and multiple promises to come to repair the line!

I received a call confirming that they would be there by 2. They were two hours late without a call but once there the service was fantastic!

I hired him to clear the drain. He cleared the drain but it stopped up really fast. I called him back because he said there was a guarantee. It has been about a year and he keeps making excuses every time I contact him to clear the drain. He finally set up two different appointments with 4-hour windows, and he has missed them both. When I challenged him about not contacting me, he swore at me and said he did not need my money, however, I have already paid him.

For a whole 10 to 15 minutes of on site work, $650 cost for hydro blasting the kitchen sink drain vent seemed a bit expensive. He did provide a one year warranty.

They sent someone out that could not speak English, and we had to communicate with him back and forth with the office. He kept trying to do other things than clean the drain that we requested him to do, He did not have the proper tools and did not have a clue how to clean a drain. We hired another company, not thru home advisor and they came out with a professional crew and had the drain unclogged in 15 minutes, and the fee was the same. This has not given me faith in the quality of business that home advisor recomends.

I was sent a helper not a plumber who gave me an estimated cost. I was not made aware of this. An appointment made for the next day. The plumber did not arrive. Called them and they requested me to reschedule for the next day and to give me a 25% discount for them not showing up. I agreed to the terms. The plumber arrived on time as scheduled the next day. He reviewed the problem and then gave me his opinion on what had to be done. I questioned him and was then advised the original quote was done by a Helper. I was not happy. Anyway, the power jetted the two drains and removed the toilet to see what the problem was. I was then told I should replace a metal bracket, a new bolt, and of course another wax ring all for $1500.00 additional dollars for 3 hours of work. I rejected that quote and stayed with my original quote to power jet the 2 drains. When it came to payment, he wanted additional and said $500.00 was to set the toilet back and to add the wax ring. I refused that charge. He argued he reset the toilet. My argument was 1. a plumber should have been sent out to start with and #2 he had to pick up the toilet to see what the problem was. Anyway, he reduced that charge. He then gave me my bill but did not add that my drains were guaranteed for 1 year to be power jet. I had to ask him to add that to the final bill--- which he did. This employee did power jet the 2 drains and did clean out the main drain--- no problem, but I truly feel he was out to me. The method he used was an add on, add on expense--- perhaps because I am a woman? Anyway, I will never recommend him to anyway or will I have his company to power jet the drains again. I do not like his method of doing business. I own my own business and handle all my contractors in addition to having had many home repairs. I believe in fair pricing and ethics. At 73 years old I am experienced and knowledgeable and will not be used by a contractor. I have had GREAT LUCK with in the past but this was not a good experience. I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of. has a reputation to maintain and this is why I keep coming back to your company.

2 days after clearing drain, backed up again on a Friday night. Called and was told would be back out to service drain again on Sat between 11 am - 2;00 PM No Show called and was told on a major job and hopefully would be able to fix my problem. Told them to forget it. I would find a dependable plumber who knew what they were doing.
