Well Pump Repair or Service
He came out to work on our well pump. He had no experience doing that. He left us without water for two weeks. Did not leave us with a receipt or warranty so we could not return the pump. There was no signed contract. He was paid by a cash app. The pump worked for one hour and quit.working He stopped returning phone calls and he never came back out to fix the pump. we gave him our credit card because he said he needed more supplies and materials, and he purchased something for himself without our approval. We also have goats and chickens and it was hard for us to take care of the animals during this time. He is not licensed in the state of FL. Do not give him your credit card, he is a liar and a player

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
Matt came to my home and opened my gate with my two dachshunds here without letting me know. I immediately let him know that he should never ever enter someone property without their permission. He used a ladder to get over the gate and undo it. Leaving the gate wide open so they could just run out. He had parked sideways in my driveway so I could not even get in. He was hours late for the 10 am appointment and stated his helper did not show up so it set him way back. He stated the well pump was ok and possibly a break in the piping so would do new well for $475.00 and I agreed. He went about 5 down and thought he had hit well water which was not even close. So he said he would come back. He never did and never called. I wrote him one last time and told him his integrity was shot with the way he handled this project. He said he had gotten an infection as an excuse to not contact me (not COVID) and thought I had gotten somebody else to finish it. He then said he would come out at any time after this Monday and take care of it. So it was raining a bit in the early part of the day and he said that he could not come because of it although the rest of the day turned out fine. When I finally contacted him again he said well maybe Friday he will show up now. I doubt he will. And I doubt he knows what he is doing. I would recommend using any other services besides his at this point. And I also noticed he had a New Jersey plate that he said he had not replaced with a Florida one for years. I thought that was pretty odd in itself.

And was planning to take care of this at our expense. You said when arriving to the job site, go ahead and get started. I understand you cannot make them all happy, even if your in the hospital. As for New Jersey plates, it was a leased truck getting transferred. Sorry I cannot afford a 56,000 truck outright. I do know what I am doing, and since you did this, you can go ahead and have another contractor take over. Pick on him, too."

Matt is knowledgeable and courteous and gets the job done at a reasonable price every time. I ve been using him for years and now so do several friends and a family members. I recommend him all the time. I ve had a lot of plumbing issues and I m grateful that Matt s around. Happy to give you this A+ review Matt. Hopefully I won t see you too soon!

Drain Pro was highly recommended by a friend of mine so I contacted Matt and he came out immediately to assess the damage and give us a quote. His quote was cheaper then others that we had received and when we asked why that was he explained, so we decided to go with his company and we're glad we did.
