I will definitely call Mike at Drain Right any time I have another plumbing issue. First, I really liked that I spoke to him directly, not some scheduler who didn't understand my issue giving me a checklist of inane suggestions and just trying to get me scheduled. He listened to my description and started trouble-shooting with me directly before even coming out, helping to save time and $. He was available immediately on a holiday, and offered me a cheap, but likely shorter-term fix as well as the more expensive but more permanent fix. He was not pushing his own agenda, but rather sympathetic to my situation and helping me find the best solution for me. The result: he found the problem and fixed it!

Mike’s the first person I’ll call when I’ve got a plumbing situation. I had an issue that I couldn’t figure out, and Mike came by quickly to help. He’s smart and honest and kept me informed through every step of diagnosing and fixing the issue. The cost was better than fair given the amount of time he spent with us. Excellent work, value, and customer service.

Mike came to fix my shower and was incredibly attentive to details. He made sure there was no asbestos, that he had a plan for everything that could go wrong before he started the work and made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end. Definitely recommend

The install was OK. The fact that the plumber did not read the installation manual for the faucet, leading to hours of trouble shooting by my 73 year old father, on the ground, under the sink was an issue. Said plumber also left the old toilet and faucet in my garage when the job was to take it. His response was I thought you might have wanted them. then it took 3 days and me canceling the check before anyone would come finish the job. Overall, a very stressful situation.
